COMPLETE EXTRACTION PLANTOF 175 MTD FOR A VARIETY OF OILSEEDS

This plant includes all required equipment for the extraction of oil from oilseeds. the plant is currently set up for COPRA and PALM oils at 175 MTPD. and is described as in excellent condition.

Plant consists of the following Equipment:

7 x ANDERON Super Duo 33 Expellers, complete with conditioners, heavy duty SKF thrust bearing units and 75 & 65 HP motors.

These units were new in 1985

12 x Cookers size 36" x 12 ft complete with mounted frames, 10 HP chain motoreducers, steam traps, pressure regulators etc.

3 x RIETZ Disintegrators with 75 HP motors, new new

1 x ENTERPRISE Disintegrator with 75 HP motor.

2 x ANDERSON Screening tanks No 18 and No 12 original with screens and motoreducers.

2 x INDUSTRIAL Filters- Pressure filters as new

2 x BUHLER Hammer mills with 20 HP motors

5 x 12" ROTORLIFT Vertical elevators in excellent condition

2 x BUHLER Hammer mills

6 x BROWN Fin Tube Heat Exchangers with 20 of tubing

4 x Centrifugal pumps for oil transfer

1 x Lot of Helical Conveyors, approx 240 feet

1 x SQUARE D Motor control Box

1 x 4 MT Storage tank

1 x ROTEX Screener

2 x Magnetic Drums

10 x Magnets for each mill and Expeller to protect the equipment
