This Mauting oven has just become available, it is in good working condition and still installed.

Very accurate temperature profiling across the 6 basket positions.

Included are 10 x Z frame trolleys, its own laptop computer pre-loaded with programs.

This is a pull through 4 door version in a 2 x 3 trolley configuration.

It has:

1. Automatic feed smoke box system,
2. Humidity control,
3. Steam heating,
4. Dry air heating (through steam fed coils),
5. 6 x recirculation fans (1 for each trolley location),
6. CIP tank and pump,
7. CIP spray bars,
8. Fully sealed floor,
9. Capacity 1.8 – 2 tons of product at a time.
10. Mauting controller with 99 recipes for sausage drying and cooking, ham baking, smoking, Sous vide bag cooking, dry heat cooking, direct steam injection cooking etc.
11. Comes with a laptop computer for remote control and viewing which records all of the Mauting oven process and prints graphs etc. Comes with Manual and CD.
