SHORTENING PLANT

Consists of 

• Crystallizer : Crystalliser 15 kw - Chrystalliser length 1200mm x OD 400mm

• 2 x Votators 12.5 kw + 12.5KW ., Votator length 1070mm x OD 400mm 

• 2 x Pin Workers : Each 2.2 KW Length 650mm x OD 350mm

Glycol Tank with 2 pumps ( supply & circulation).

Process ( shortening) control Panel - please note, supplied without VFD.

Ammonia Receiver.

Description

Throughput per hour : Originally 2 Tonne per hour for our application (Tallow shortening). It needs service and refurbishing for scrapers to attain 2 TPH capacity. Currently it is running 1 TPH

Comment i.e. SKID Mounted for 2 x Votators and 2 X Pin workers and the 3rd Votator is stand Alone.
