2018 VITALIS R400H CO2 EXTRACTION SYSTEM

This Vitalis oil extraction system is considered an all-inclusive extraction system which has all the components necessary in order to successfully extract oils and related organic matrix from botanical materials.

This VITALIS System, made in Canada has the capacity to create shatter, wax, diamonds and more directly from the machine without a need for a distillation machine; directly from bio mass to those products. If distillation to create "distillate" is what you're looking for then it can make crude at rapid speeds. The R400 is brand new, never used and still in crates unopened, guaranteed under warranty

This R400 extraction system includes the following:

15L/min Vitalis high pressure liquid pump x 2

High Pressure extraction vessel - 100L capacity w/ quick vessel closure and 5000 psi max 40 micron particle filter x 4

High efficiency primary separator - True cyclonic flow separation with water jackets, variable flow control and flow diverting assy x 4

Secondary Separator- With internal filtration assy and water jackets x 4

All required process piping components, valves etc.

Phase management assy - With dual-chamber, circulating heat exchange x 2

CO2 Condenser - High pressure, plated heat exchanger x 2

Refrigeration System - High thermal efficiency self regulating system x 1

Electric Process Heaters - Ceramic Process Heaters for extraction vessel x 12

CO2 Accumulator - 140 L capacity x 4

Electronic Monitoring system - Tack batch numbers, record and live monitoring of system x 1
