Tray Sealing machine CFS TIROMAT STAR 2HS with four sets of molds for containers as below Ideal for packaging of meat, fish, cheese, deli products and baked goods. The line unit has vacuum and gas packaging for MAP packs. Packaging line in excellent condition. Comes complete with vacuum pack and 4 die sets for different sizes containers/trays. State of the art machine very quick and efficient. The die sets and the approx dimensions of the trays would be the following. Width x Length x Depth - measurements in mm 95 x 175 x 40 (x4 tray die) 160 x 210 x 35 (x3 tray die) 120 x 165 x 35 (x4 tray die) 175 x 240 x 40 (x2 tray die) the machine is set up currently at 3 sec a cycle so with the two die set we get 40 trays per minute. When gas flushing or vacuum sealing this will slow it down to say 5 seconds per cycle giving you 24 trays per minute. Can be demonstrated in operation.
