This RIETZ jacketed cooker/blender is all stainless steel and features top loading with twin bomb door end outlet.

The twin screws and the shell are of 700 mm diameter, powered by 15 kw geared motors.

3m long x 1.4 wide x 900 deep

Shafts and Shell are steam injected.

Working Pressure of 60 psi at 308 degrees
