It offers very short changeover times (7-10 minutes) and a high capacity of up to 100 trays per minute (60-80 trays per minute for apples). The machine is compact, flexible with tray and sleeve sizes, and includes features like adjustable flex cassettes and an automatic tray guiding system. It can handle trays made of plastic, aluminum, cardboard, or foam, and sleeves can be closed on two or three sides along the tray length. The JASA PGS 2000 also supports integration with various modular feeding, labeling, and printing units for a fully automated packaging line.
