This Urschel will dice, slice, strip cut, shred and granulate.

Crosscut knife spindle 1/8 - 3.1/2

Suitable for a diverse range of products such as carrots, potatoes, celery, soft fruits, bread and cooked meats.

Also has the capability to granulate products like cookies.
