ADM‑P330 Standup Pouch Packaging Line – Used 2020 (Professionally Decommissioned)

Complete 2020‑year standup pouch line built around an ADM‑P330 horizontal pre‑made pouch machine with multihead weigher, combo metal/checkweigher, printers and case sealer, ideal for medium‑speed packing of dry foods and similar products. The line has been professionally stripped, clearly tagged and is ready to load and ship, offering a sharp‑spec turnkey system at used‑equipment pricing.

This 2020 ADM‑P330 line is designed for flat‑bottom and stand‑up pouches, with or without zip, across a broad size range and at practical speeds of around 20–45 pouches per minute depending on product and format. The ADM‑P330 pouch packer features an Allen‑Bradley touch screen with recipe control, giving operators fast, repeatable changeovers and straightforward fault‑finding. Upstream, an ADM‑MA14 multihead weigher on a stainless platform provides accurate, high‑speed dosing into the pre‑made pouches, making the system well suited to snacks, nuts, confectionery, pet foods and other free‑flowing products.

Downstream of the pouch machine the line includes a combo metal detector/checkweigher for in‑line QA, a rotary accumulation solution, ADM‑A50 case sealer and printers (Videojet and Mperia) for date, batch and variable coding. The system runs on standard factory services (415 V supply to the pouch packer, 240 V to auxiliaries, and approx. 6 bar compressed air), with stainless 304 product‑contact surfaces for hygienic operation and easy cleaning. The entire line has been professionally decommissioned, stripped, palletised and prepared for transport, making it an attractive option for any operation wanting to step into pre‑made pouch automation quickly, without the cost or lead time of new equipment.
